Oak is the most dense kiln dried firewood we sell, this means is produces a lot heat and burns slowly. It does not have as much of a flame as other kiln dried firewood and can spark so we do not recommended it for an open fire but is a great choice for stoves, multi fuel burners and essential for pizza ovens

Local deliveries - these are carried out by our friendly Monahan's drivers, we aim to have these deliveries made in 3-5 working days but very often much sooner. Our drivers will do what they can to deliver your items exactly where you want them but some surfaces such as gravel, grass or steps as well as access issues will prevent us from being able to do this. We will always contact you before delivery so please discuss any questions you may have with our customer service staff.
Nationwide pallet deliveries - these are delivered through the pallet network and we can only guarantee a curb side delivery. You will be contacted before the items are delivered by the company carrying out the delivery.
Nationwide smaller items - we use An Post and Fastway for these types of deliveries.
