We understand how important it is to meet your delivery expectations and we use various method to ensure quick and safe delivery to any address in Ireland and Northern Ireland.
Local deliveries - these are carried out by our friendly Monahan's drivers, we aim to have these deliveries made in 3-5 working days but very often much sooner. Our drivers will do what they can to deliver your items exactly where you want them but some surfaces such as gravel, grass or steps as well as access issues will prevent us from being able to do this. We will always contact you before delivery so please discuss any questions you may have with our customer service staff.
Nationwide pallet deliveries - these are delivered through the pallet network and we can only guarantee a curb side delivery. You will be contacted before the items are delivered by the company carrying out the delivery.
Nationwide smaller items - we use An Post and Fastway for these types of deliveries.
If you need to change the delivery address:
We cannot change the delivery address once it has been dispatched. If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible by emailing us at info@monahans.ie or calling us on (01) 6276540.
If you want to cancel your order:
If you change your mind before you have received your order, we are able to accept cancellations at any time before the order has been dispatched. If an order has already been dispatched, please refer to our return and refund policy
If you items are damaged:
If you find a parcel is damaged upon delivery, if possible, please reject the parcel and get in touch with us by emailing us at info@monahans.ie or calling us on (01) 6276540. If the parcel has been delivered without you being present, please contact us as above.
